Oakley Schilthorn Open 2018 – Contest-Action with a view
17.03.2018

You are looking for sick contest action in front of a breath-taking panorama? You want to get lots of goodies and cash for your best slopestyle run? Well, then you shouldn’t miss the Oakley Schilthorn Open at the SKYLINE SNOWPARK Schilthorn!

The end of March is going to be an exciting time at the Schilthorn: The Oakley Schilthorn Open are going down and they are the last tour stop before the big finals of the QParks Tour! Like always, contest action and an international line-up of riders are on the program. Also, the current setup of the SKYLINE SNOWPARK Schilthorn is the ideal playground for your training-runs. And on March 17, 2018 you can impress the judges with your best tricks. Along with freestyle and contest action there’ll also be smooth tunes, drinks & lunch for free at the Chill Area for all riders. And you get all that with the amazing view over Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau in the background. It’s going to be one hell of a contest – with a view!

Registration, Goodies & Cash

Just like at every other tour stop there won’t be any participation restrictions or registration fees. Instead, you can gain first-hand experience in a professional contest and impress judges, sponsors and the media. The line-up consists of freeskiers and snowboarders, divided into the categories men, women and groms. And of course there will be great prizes for you as well: Prize money of about 3.600 CHF and awesome goodies by Radix, Oakley, Pinetime Clothing, Amplifi and QParks. Registration is pretty easy: Just head to www.qparkstour.com, where you can also see the current ranking of your category.

Rankings & Cups

Here we would like to show you a Vimeo video.

All the points you score will not only count in the Oakley Schilthorn Open, but also in the overall ranking of the QParks Tour and the Schweizer Freestyle Tour. The snowboarders can also score points for the World Rookie Rank and the World Snowboarding Points List.
