20.01.2012DC Snowpark Lenzerheide: Slideside Ready!
Thanks to a perfectly shaped setup, the DC Snowpark Lenzerheide convinced the pros and visitors alike at the last shooting. Last weekend, the slideside – the lower part of the park – had finally been finished and made the hearts of the invited DC pro riders beat faster right from the start.
On the the 12th of December, the DC Snowpark Lenzerheide shone in all its splendour – thanks to parkdesigner Ralf Heeb and his ambitious crew. The Slideside had received all its finishing touches, greeting the riders with a massive setup, comprising a Rail Line with a 7m Down Pipeline, a Double Kinked Pipeline, a 9m Flat Rail Down and a 7m Pipeline, as well as a Medium Line with an 8m Down Box, a 12m Double Kinked Box and a 4x8m Down Box. Not to forget the Boxes Line, that comes with a 4m Straight Box, an 8m Flat Down Party Box, a 6m Rainbow Box, as well as a 9m Curved Box. A 4m Straight Rail, a 6m Straight to Curve Rail, an 8m Down Rail, as well as a 3m Beginner Kicker complete the extended setup. Additionally, as of this week a 4 Kicker Line is (sh)ready to be ripped, comprising of 8, 12, 10 and 14m kickers. The DC pros Phillip Schicker and Daniel Gissler were let loose on the Slideside and had a massive session. The nice weather was the icing on the cake in the DC Snowpark Lenzerheide. Your Skills on Tape with DC-LIVEPARK
What really makes the DC Snowpark Lenzerheide one of a kind is the DC-LIVEPARK concept: a mobile video camera in the park, that catches everyone with a DC-LIVEPARK sticker on tape automatically. It's as easy as this: get a DC-LIVEPARK sticker at one of three sticker stands (located next to the shapers' container in the park, at the cashdesk of the Proschieri lift and the valley station of the Stätzertäli lift), stick it onto the side of your helmet or goggles and off you go! The visual material can then be accessed online, where you can edit it just the way you want. This innovation does not only fill hobby shredders with enthusiasm, also the pros were convinced.
