20.01.2012„JAMuary Styles“ – Fresh Moves in the Pleasure Diedamspark
After the massive snow dumping over the last weeks, things were going back to shrewdness again last weekend. The jib setup freshly rebuilt after the park relaunch was in desperate need to get shred. Therefore, we commissioned a film and photo crew as well as a bunch of highly motivated riders to go through the rails and boxes with fine-waxed boards at a lovely jam!
Blue bird and a perfectly shaped snowpark – thus presented itself the Pleasure Diedamspark to the QParks film and photo crew on Sunday. Park designer Simon Abel and his crew provided for a top notch rail and boxes setup. Spick and span the boxes and rails stood there, arranged in various lines with clean take offs. Snowboarders Benny Deeg and Markus Wilhelmi as well as freeskiers Heiko Beer and Markus Moosbrugger used this perfectly sunny day to get a picture or two of the current situation.
The result is convincing all along the jibline: The Pleasure Diedamspark is great fun and will be further extended before you can say “Skullcandy Snowballwar”! The kicker line is steadily growing, just yesterday (19.01.), the advanced kicker line was opened and the pro kicker line is already in progress! The clips from the “JAMuary Styles” on January 15 will put you into the right mood for the next sessions, which seem to appear on the horizon already!
