Last Saturday the legendary Snowballwar took place in the Diedamspark. Obeying the motto RIDE, CHILL & WIN, the snowpark was rocked by every trick in the book. Numerous snowboarders and freeskiers braved the bad weather and were strutting their stuff at the massive snowpark session. DJ Clash provided the right vibes at the turntables in the Pleasure Diedamspark.
At the public photo and film session action was the codeword right from the beginning. The highly motivated riders were showcasing their stylish tricks in front of the cameras, which resulted in high-quality visual material. In the TEST SHOT VOTING on www.facebook.com/diedamspark you can now vote the best pic of the day. The rider whose shot gets the most votes, wins a Planet Sports voucher worth EUR 80,-, stylish Skullcandy headphones and a high-quality, poster-size print of their shot!
The die was literally cast at the King of Tricks contest. Every rider had the opportunity to take control of their fortune threw the dice to determine their trick, which then had to be ‘stomped’ at the first attempt. Whoever sticked their first try entered the next round. Moderator Philip “Mücke” Mück then had to decide whether it was a “go or no-go”. In the end, the 6 best riders in the categories Snowboard and Freeski were crowned the “Kings of Trix” and were given Planet Sports goodie bags and Skullcandy headphones.´
The youngest participants in the Snowballwarriors Raffle had tons of fun with the target. The crew “Mellau City” won thanks to their precise shots. They too got great Planet Sports and Skullcandy goodies. Simon Moosbrugger turned out to be especially lucky: he hit the jackpot In the Raiffeisen Club Raffle and he now owns 2 VIP tickets to the Air & Style in Innsbruck!
