Spotlights on! ‘Cause on January 26th, 2019, the QParks Tour is coming to Snowpark U-Bahn Saalbach Hinterglemm and supplies you with plenty of freestyle action at this year’s Lit Night Jam. Rookies compete for precious points, sick goodies and cash in a slopestyle contest with rails and kickers. Do not miss Lit Night Jam’s unique atmosphere at dusk surrounded by floodlight!

The QParks Tour is Europe’s largest series of rookie-contests and has been roaming the Alps for many years now, always looking out for young snowboarders and freeskiers. This year, the second tour stop leads to Saalbach Hinterglemm’s Snowpark U-Bahn. And this specific tour stop will be an unforgettable one: The name says it all – ‘cause the Lit Night Jam takes place after dusk in the bright flood light of Snowpark U-Bahn.

Goodies, Cash and Snacks

Riders compete in the categories Men, Women & Groms and fight for a total of 1000€ of prize money, 100€ for the best snowboard and freeski trick and goodies worth more than 500€ by Saalbach Hinterglemm, AMPLIFI, Pinetime and QParks. Also, there will be a final voting at the very end of the season, where all Best Trick winners get the chance to win a surf holiday for 2 at Free Spirit in Ecuador! And the best thing about it: all of it is completely free of participation fees or access-restrictions. On top of that, you will be supplied with free snacks and hot tea by the QParks Tour’s crew. You better hurry up because the registration has already started and there is a limited participant number of 40 for each freeskiers and snowboarders.

Points

Lit Night Jam isn’t only about a rad atmosphere, awesome prizes and free food. Another goal is collecting points for various rankings and making the first place at the very end of the season. Snowboarders can collect points for the World Snowboard Points List, the World Rookie Ranking, the Austria Cup Tour and of course the QParks Tour. Freeskiers win points for the Freeski Austria Tour and the QParks Tour.

The past weekend at Mayrhofen's PenkenPark was characterized by pure competitive energy during the PenkenBattle 2024. Nearly 80 freeski and snowboard athletes gathered, creating an electrifying atmosphere.

On 02.03.2024 it's finally time again: All riders show off their best tricks in Pizol and compete for the coveted Shredpoker chips! This progression session is all about flawless freestyle, where all riders can show what they've got on a selected obstacle.

It's that time again, the highly acclaimed Riderpark Coachings are back on the Pizol. On 2 dates, you can once again get valuable tips and tricks from professionals to improve your skillset. Age and rider level don't matter - our coaches adapt to the individual level and learning curve of the participants. There will be one freeski and one snowboard coach on site so that everyone gets their money's worth. Speaking of costs! The Riderpark coaching sessions are once again free of charge this year! All you need is a valid lift ticket for the day and you're in!

Progression is key! The Riderpark Coachings are also the perfect preparation for the Shredpoker Pizol. You better be there!
