Here we would like to show you a Vimeo video.
As a newbie you start out in the shaping business as a shaper or multimedia shaper. After that, the head shaper position is next up the career ladder, where you will acquire first managing skills. These competences are prerequisite in order to become a park designer, who is fully responsible for their crew and the project itself.
Shape Academy members who already gathered experience in a cockpit of a snowcat also get the chance to take their grooming skills to the next level by shaping snow facilities with the precision of heavy machinery. The technical director is responsible for several projects in one region; the main remits of this leading position are the safety issues and the constant development of every project on the mountain.
If one of these jobs got your attention and you also want to be on the frontlines of the future of winter sports, you should definitely become a part of the world´s largest shape crew: The Shape Academy awaits your application for the winter 2018/19!
